I am having issues uploading files to a copilot studio chatbot that I have been building for my company. Every time I click add after uploading a file, it refreshes the page and goes back to the main knowledge base page but does not add the file I uploaded. Has anyone run into the same issue and been able to solve it? This has happened before and was solved within few hours or next day. But this time, I have been trying to add new files from last week but every time after adding new files it immediately only shows me the list of old files only.
