Hello everyone,

When I create HTML table using "Automatic" option, system automatically adds two attributes in the table. I would like to know how to delete or hide these two columns.

@DavidLin Use custom instead of Automatic, you have more control on the custom option.

@Shuvam-rpa , thank you. My Excel file is not in the same structure, each file has its own column, if I use customer, I need to create HTML table for each excel file. I am thinking if there is an easy way to use automatic option to create HTML table first, then hide or delete the first two columns, this can make the flow simpler. Do you think if there is a way to do so?

    Hi @DavidLin,

Yes, you could achieve this by creating a HTML table.

Add the Select action to keep your needed columns.

Hello @v-qiaqi-msft , thank you. My files have different amount of column, for example file 1 has name, address, phone; file 2 has name, email, phone, title; there are other files with different titles like these. In each file, I need to keep all the columns, but if I have 10 files, I need to create them manually in "Select" action one by one. I am thinking if there is a automatic "batch creation" way to delete or not select the first two columns created by "Create HTML table" and the rest columsn are what I want. Do you think if "Select" or any other action can achieve this?

    Hi @DavidLin,

If you just want to deselect the first two columns, I am afraid that there is no way to achieve this in Power Automate currently.

For now, we could only select what we want, but not what we don't want.

Thank you @v-qiaqi-msft. Wish this can happen in future.
