All i am looking for help on a work flow logic that will allow me recieve multiple emails that will have unqiue project numbers in the subject line. Then filtering them by that project number to a trello board and teams channel by the same project number. what sort of functionaly would i need to implement to dynamically link the board Id or the Team Id withough manually setting it for each project?

    How do you want to filter the received emails by the peoject number to a Trello board or a Teams channel?

    Do you want to create a card in Trello using the Project number as a dynamic content value of the Board Id field and post a message using the same Project number as a dynamic content value of the Channel Id field?

    Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

     

    If you could provide more details about your scenario, we would provide a proper workaround for you.

    Kris,

     

    the thought would be when the email is sent the subject line will contain the project number say 1000. then it would dynamically find the existing trello board with the assoicated project number 1000. Then create card BY DATE and fill the description with the email  CONTENT under a parent  list called FLIGHT.

    below is my rough flow.. the issue i see is that the flow is static to one assigned trello board and or channel. which would mean I would have to manually assign the board and parent list.
