Advanced Outlook to SharePoint - Comp

Was wandering if someone could assist us with a more advanced Outlook to SharePoint Flow.

We have successfully created a Flow that when a new email arrives it pops it into a document library / folder base on the subject;

ie in above if the subject is /Reports/FolderA it places the file in the FolderA folder in the Reports document library. If the folder does not exist it creates it.

We would like to expand this to dynamically include subsites, ie if the subject is /SiteA/SubSiteA/Reports/FolderA but unfortunately the below does not work;

We have attempted to use a Compose, splitting the Subject of the incoming email into an array by '/' but it does not work, possibly because we are doing it wrong or becuase the Flow is limited to Attachments;

Was wander if anyone had some thoughts. Currently we have to set up an mailbox per target site - ideally we would like to have this more dynamic from the subject - /SiteA/Reports/FolderA vs /SiteB/Reports/FolderA.

Another alternative we have tested unsuccessfully is via setting the target mailbox with multiple email addresses eg reports.sitea@tennant and reports.siteb@tennant - but have struggled getting Flow to detect the email address - rather it seems to work of the mailbox.

Any assistance or thoughts appreciated.

Regards,

Aaron

    Hi AaronBoundy,

    I am afraid your requirements are currently not able to be achieved.

    Per my certain knowledge, we are not able to create SharePoint library and check if a file exists or not.
    Please consider to vote and comment this idea at here:

    You may also try with Custom API, use the Folder REST API to manage the folder creation.
    Please refer to this documentation:
    https://dev.office.com/sharepoint/docs/sp-add-ins/working-with-folders-and-files-with-rest

    And about your requirements, please consider to create a new request at Flow Ideas Forum:

    Best regards,

    Thanks for the update Mabel, we were able to somewhat acheieve what we want.

    (Sorry its not letting me insert images)

    First we corrected our Compose - http://imgur.com/qlKv36e.

    We then fed the output into a case statement - http://imgur.com/YDJoAL9.

    This kind of allows us to have one flow per site and its subsites, but the top level site is locked into one (Reports) document library.

    Certainly being able to perform a case over the email (proxy) adress would be the perfect scenario.
