Can anyone help me on how I would add a reset to the gallery below, after submitting items to a Share point list?

Hello,
Are you clearing the Collection / Items property so that there is no data to display in the gallery after the submit?
Clear(Collection);
Set(variable for Default Value);
Or set the Data for Items to [ ]
You should also make it so that the Default would be { } when its to be cleared. So have a variable(context,global,named function) that will tell the Default to set the value to { } instead of whatever is selected now.

No, I'm not currently clearing the collection after submitting. That's what I'd like to know how to do. I'm fairly new to building apps. Where would I place the instructions to clear the collection?
