Condition control to look for an exact string/value

Hello, I have a Sharepoint list that is designed to track cases. I have also built a Flow that is designed to send an email when the case is due in 2 days (i.e. [Days Until Due] = 2).

The [Days Until Due] field is a calculated field in SP, basically =89-(TODAY()-[Date Change Authorised]).

[Date Change Authorised] is a Date field, manually entered.

My Flow has the condition [Days Until Due] contains string(2), however the email is triggered if the [Days Until Due] is 2, 12, 22, 42, etc.

I tried [Days Until Due] is equal to string(2) -> did not trigger any emails (Flow succeeded, but result is False).

I tried [Days Until Due] is equal to 2 -> did not trigger any emails (Flow succeeded, but result is False).

I tried [Days Until Due] is equal to int(2) -> did not trigger any emails (Flow succeeded, but result is False).

Any other suggestions are appreciated!

    Hi @cardboardboxes9

In the screenshot, the 'Days Until Due' has negative values. Do we need to check those values? What is the data type of 'Days Until Due' calculated field.

    Thanks

Hi @ManishSolanki , the negative value is supposed to be another trigger for a different email, if the negative value is -2 it would also trigger the Due in 2 Days email though.

The[Days Until Due] field is a Number, however it does return a text for a certain condition.

You could try int([Days Until Due) is equal to int(2)

However, you would have an error when that text value "resolved" appears. You could try If(equals(isInt([Days Until Due),0),[Days Until Due],Int([Days Until Due])) to try and check the value first but I don't know if that would work.

But I'd try this either way
