I want to download a submitted form data on a button click option.

Is this possible to achieve this?

That form I have taken from SharePoint as a data source. Then I added some records and submitted that form now I am seeing the status and I want to download that status of the form in PDF or Word Format.

    Hello @zeyaul-hoda,

     

    You can use the PDF function, nonetheless, is still in experimental mode. You can activate it in the settings of the power apps. You can also use a Power Automate flow that's triggered from the selection of the button.     Yes, I have done that after that what function we should that I can download the PDF after clicking on button

    Hello @zeyaul-hoda,

     

    You'll need to use a separate flow that downloads the PDF created then. 

    There is a great guide from Matthew Devaney which includes a section on the download scenario of the PDF generated.
