Hello,
I have created a PowerApps App.
Inside the App there is a button then permit the user to submit information to a SharePoint List.
It is working fine at the moment.

I would like that after the button is clicked, it "call" a Power Automate Flow (as is) and a pop-up appears communicating the success of the operation and to close the web page.

It's possible? How can I solve?

Thanks

Federico

    Hi @FedericoCoppola ,

You can obtain a popup by inserting a Label control to cover all other controls (X:0,Y:0, Height:App.DesignHeight, Width:App.DesignWidth; Visible:IsSubmitButtonpushed). With another Label control placed in center of the screen you can display your test for success of the operation. ( Visible:IsSubmitButtonpushed)

Set a  Context Variable in OnSelect of the submit button to determine when the pop-up will be shown

    UpdateContext({IsSubmitButtonpushed:true})

Well the bad news is that is no way to achive your goal to close the web page in a browser. If the app running in PowerApps Apps on mobile devices you can use Exit() function, but if you run it in a browser there is no way to close the app.

You can leave you pop-up visible as in this way your app cannot be used anymore after the button is pressed as the user cannot access the controls behind the pop-up.

    Hope it helps !

It is not a problem for me about it.

Can we just chain the function call operation and the pop-up operation with just one button (submit button)?

Sorry, I am not really expert about PowerApps.

    Best regards
    Federico
