Showing Content form SharePoint List in Power Apps

I created an app where you can upload attachments to a form. And the attachments will upload to a folder in SharePoint using the apps unique id (Car_1234567). I am wanting to show the files in the folder that have been uploaded to the SharePoint list. 

SharePoint File structure:

I have been playing with using a gallery, but I am having trouble figuring out how to get to the subfolder in Car Files. And for it to open the coordinating folder for each record. 

 

Currently I have a gallery connected to car file folder with the Item being ThisItem.Name

Also is it possible to add clickable link to the folder?
