Use a drop down and lookup function for text label

I have a drop down box that I use to filter by Department Resource for a Gallery using information from List1.

I would like to use a text label look-up function to use what is selected in the drop down to show different information from List 2.

Is this possible?

My Label:

LookUp(List2,Resource = ResourceDropDown.SelectedText).LineNumber
