Hi,
 
How Can I add the powerapp form on edit and view on click three dots as mentioned in screenshot.
 
 
 
 
Please guide on above point as soon as possible.

    What exactly you are trying to do and also please confirm are you using sharepoint as a datasource

    you can mpodify the sharepoint default form with powerapps like it is shown here:
     
    i am not sure if that will solve ur question but i think it then should open the powerapps customized form when u hit edit.
