    Depends on what trigger you are using somewhat, is it a SharePoint list?

    Thanks,

    I work in Dynamics CRM with Cases so I play with the CDS Current Environment.

    Hi,

    Has anybody a solution for this issue?

    I have the same problem, a CDS upgrade record trigger with a filter to fire when customer is an account.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

    I was trying and I found a solution (perhaps it is not the best, but it seems that work).

    On Settings of the trigger, I added a trigger condition:

    • @equals(triggerBody()?['_customerid_type'],'accounts')

    If you have a better idea, please don't hesitate to reply.

    Thanks.
