Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I'm new to Power Automate - created my first flow that works the way I want it to. I'd like it to run without any user involvement

1. Does it need a licensed account? I'd prefer it not be my account, as other IT departments will need to access/view it for support reasons if ever needed.

2. Can I create a service account and apply a license to it and use that to create the flow?

3. How often do I need to 'authenticate' that account to the power automate flow?

Basically - can I 'set it and forget it' and if so - how long will that last until something says 'hey, its not working anymore, you need to come and do a thing to get me back online'
