converting octet-stream to pdf using flow - upload file from dataverse to SharePoint

Hi,

We have attached the file in dataverse which has originally base64 format.

I want to upload this file in SharePoint in pdf format not in base64. I am using 'Download a file or an image' action to get file content from dataverse. Its output is coming like this -

{"body":{"$content-type":"application/octet-stream","$content":"SlZCRVJpMHhMal...........

Here content type is octet stream. How can I convert is to binary and create file in sharepoint? Any other approach is welcome.

Consider this function to convert base64 to binary:
