Hello,

Can anyone please guide me how can I setup a Search on a document library I have imported from an site. The document library imported shows as DataTable1 in Power app.

I would like create a search box which points to this document library which has multiple columns like Legal No, project no etc.

The requirement is on entering the legal No in the search box I should be able to fetch the corresponding details from the document library and display it on may be a text box ?? not sure though.

Can you please guide me through here. Setup search for document library in power app

Could you describe more clearly about what data in your document library do you want to filter based on?

In powerapps, you could only filter based on data like : fields, folder names, whether is folder, whether is file.

Please notice that:
it's not supported t search based on file content of document library in powerapps.

In powerapps, you could not get the file's content.

If you want to filter based on the library data, you could set like this:

1)connect with this library

2)insert a textinput

3)set the gallery's Items:

Filter(Documents,TextInput2.Text in 'Full Path'||
 TextInput2.Text in Title||
 TextInput2.Text in Name...
)
//'Full Path',Title,Name are all fields in this library
