Hello,

I am very very new to this community and Flows in general. What I am trying to do is this. I work for a Logistics firm and we utilize a team of IC's to complete work for us. When the IC's want to request day's off we are currently having everyone in the office keep track, this is no longer efficient. I am/have built a form that can better help us to track this. What I am having trouble with is the below:

I want a flow to delete duplicates of the same information?
I would like for it to send an email the day before the requested day off to a group of people in my organization
1. This would be day before or Thursday for Saturday and Sunday requests
2. I need the email with the necessary information to be sent by 1000 on that day.
I would like that if a certain amount of request's are recorded on any given day (Say 3) that a warning email is immediately sent.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
