Generate Sequential Ticket Number

Hello

I would like to have my Ticket Number generated in sequence for each response submitted. For example 1,2,3 so on.
Also, if a row in the SharePoint list is deleted I would like the numbers to continue from the last Ticket Number once a new response is submitted. This is to ensure ticket numbers are NOT duplicated for any of the responses. This is my current flow:

    Hi @slambos ,

did you think about using the SharePoint ID ? You can add this to your view. And your support team can create custom views based on your state. Further you don’t have to delete a ticket, the info will stay in your list and you can check your solved tickets solutions for future issues.

You have to fill it manually. Each time you create a new item in your SharePoint List it will generate it automatically. You also cannot modify it, it is a number without decimals. You can go to your list and change your view and add the ID and see the value https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-change-or-delete-a-view-of-a-list-or-library-27ae65b8-bc5b-4949-b29b-4ee87144a9c9

After Create Item Action you can use the ID of the ticket. As an example you can send a mail and reference the ID (Ticket number). You can also add right after the Create item action an action named Compose in here you can add the ID and see the value in the run history.
