Hello All,

 

We have 10 flows created that will be executed sequentially and not all 10 will run everyday. In this scenario, will one Power automate attended with one Power automate unattended license will be enough?

 

Power automate attended per use and unattended per use will be assigned one user using which the BOT will run. Any help is appreciated.

    Hi,

     

    If your flows are running sequentially there is no need for multiple licenses. Unless they have to finish before a certain timestamp in which running it at two machines will be quicker.

     

    I'd say one license is more than enough for your tasks.

    Agreed with @OkanAT 

    If you do not want more than one flow running at the time - one unattended addon and one Power Automate per user are all you need.

     

    @tranjith what you need to remember is that if flows will be used by a team/dept, all users need need license, or you need "per flow" license for these flows, then users do not need license. Otherwise you might be falling into "multiplexing" / connection pooling clause of the license terms.
