Clarifications about license needed

I have a power apps premium license and I have developed in my canvas app a form processor that I want for everybody to use. 

However I came across this question that does every user of my canvas app need to have a power apps premium license to be able to use this?? If they don't have the premium license will the form processor not work? Isn't this a bit expensive if every user needs to have premium license....

    Yes you did get it right every user of the app needs to have a license to use the form processor. If they don't have apropriate Licensing they won't even be able to open the app. 

    However you don't need to get the premium license if you only need it for one application you could use the per user per app license. that is not as expensive and works fine as well.

    @DBO_DV thanks for the reply. 

    It is however very expensive if the tool should be used by all the employees. We already have the basic E5 license will that do? 
    do you have any suggested workarounds if it is not ?

    Yes, unfortunately all users will need a license. This is simply due to the fact that the AI functionality are considered as a premium connector, therefore a license is needed. If your app did not use the form processor then a 365 license (in your case E5) would be sufficient.

    Workarounds are not compliant with the microsoft guidelines. 
     
    Maybe you  could rethink the way you build your app?
