Set person field in form with approver of current user if current user is in a separate list

Hello,

I have a requirement to send an email to the approver of a requestor, providing the current user is listed in another list. In my form the person column default selected item property is set to;

If(New_Form.Mode = FormMode.New),Filter(
 'Non Standard Approver',
 User().Email=Requestor.DisplayName
 ),
 Parent.Default)

But Powerapps doesn't seem to like it.

The datasource is a list called Non Standard Approver. If the current user in the form is also in the column Requestor in the Non Standard Approver list then I would like the name of the Requestors approver to populate a person column in the form. Below is an image of the list, the 2 columns are both people pickers, with presence and Multiple selection turned off.

How can I accomplish this. My syntax is obviously wrong but I don't know where.

Any help would be great.

Thank you

    @Anonymous Your condition is comparing an Email against a DisplayName. You need to compare Email by Email. Like this:

    If(New_Form.Mode = FormMode.New),Filter(
     'Non Standard Approver',
     User().Email=Requestor.Email
     ),
     Parent.Default)

    If(
     Form1.Mode=FormMode.New,
     {
     DisplayName: User().FullName,
     Claims: "i:0#.f|membership|" & Lower(User().Email)
     },
     Parent.Default
    )
