Error Creating Flow - Microsoft Forms & SharePoint

I'm using power automate to pull survey data from Microsoft forms to a SharePoint list and update the most recent response of each category in an Excel file saved in the SharePoint. It was up and running fine before, now without modifying it, when I try to save the original flow, it keeps giving my an error: "Flow save failed with code 'WorkflowOperationParametersExtraParameter' and message 'The API operation does not contain a definition for parameter 'item/Actions to push towards "3" . improved QTM'.'." I need to modify the flow, the same error occurs, so I need to find out what's going wrong.

I believe I have access to all the sources referenced in the flow and all the connections seem to be working. I tried to recreate the same flow, the same error popped up. I also tried to remove the 'Actions to push towards "3" . improved QTM' in the flow, no error came up but the flow couldn't be saved. I also tried to wait for a few hours as some people addressed similar issues by waiting for several minutes to an hour, unfortunately, ended up with no luck. In the update a row step, I tried location starts with "Group -" and "SharePoint Site -" both ended up with same error.

I noticed the power automate interface has been updated, not sure if I need to modify the flow accordingly? The following is my flow, can someone help please.

    I fixed the error.

The column name was too long in the SharePoint Excel, stopped the flow working.
