In meeting capture, is there any way to change the "schedule follow up meeting" functionality so that it displays time slots in time zones other than UTC?

Have you checked on below setting for the date picker? Is it set to Local instead of UTC?
You can also adjust the time for the user's time zone, use:
DateAdd( DatePicker1.SelectedDate, -TimeZoneOffset( DatePicker1.SelectedDate))

It is still displaying the available time in UTC. I tried adding your code but I wasn't sure where to add it. The end game is to have the time slots on the right display the time in CDT rather than UTC
