Dear,
I've tried exactly v-xida-msft in https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Power-Apps/Uploaded-photo-to-onedrive-from-powerApp-is-corrupted/m-p/314503 but I got the error "Invalid number of arguments: received 2, expected 1." with
ImageSPC.Run("test.jpg", UploadedImage1.Image) . And I also tried the path function in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/add-images-pictures-audio-video but I couldn't make a proper name image.
Please any help.

You should have two parameters - the file name and the file content, so there is one missing from your Flow (you should have used Ask in Power Apps twice and replaced one with the base64ToBinary code)
