Execute SQL Query Condition action - help

Hi everyone,

I am stuck on the Condition statement, Please help.

Below I executed SQL query and I got the result , if id is present then it returning the ID.

But I want if ID is not present then the message will sent to the listed email.

But, Every time when id is not present the conditional statement showing the status as 'False' means ID is present.

I am attaching Screen Shots what I tried.
