I am trying to automating a form that contains images it gives me the following error:

The "inputs.parameters" element of the "Create_item" workflow operation of type "OpenApiConnection" is not valid. Bug details: The "PostItem" API operation requires the "item / Freeze" property to be a string with a maximum length of "255", but it has a length of "506".
