I am relatively new to Power Apps and SharePoint development, and I have been assigned a task to create a Power Apps application that allows users to enter details such as date, time, site, and personal information for three different individuals (Person A, Person B, and Person C). Additionally, I need to enable users to upload three files related to each person, in separate columns , this makes up one record.
I initially created a SharePoint document library, but it only allows storing one file per record. After researching, I learned that it might be better to create a SharePoint list for the text records and use document library to store the files.
Here are my questions:
- How can I create a SharePoint list and link it to a document library in order to store the text records and associated files together?
- Once the SharePoint list and document library are set up, how can I integrate them with Power Apps so that users can easily add, edit, delete, and update the records?
- Is there a way to customize the Power Apps screen to look like an excel spreadsheet and accept the text fields and 3 files?
I would appreciate any guidance, step-by-step instructions, or resources that can help me achieve this task. Thank you in advance for your assistance!
