Hi
I have seen on a video today where people have a SharePoint Integration on the left of the screen to enter variables how do you get this in an app?

The SharePointIntegration control can only be seen when creating a SharePoint list Custom Form in PowerApps to replace the default list form. It does not exist for a canvas app.
To do this, edit any list item and click on the option shown below.

What you are talking about is the integration between powerapps and sharepoint list, which is called sharepoint custom form.
This is just a custom form inside sharepoint list which is created by powerapps, not a standalone powerapps app.
You could create it inside your sharepoint list.
In this custom form, we usually use "SharePointIntegration.Selected" to represent the selected item in the sharepoint list.
We set the SharePointIntegration's OnSave/OnEdit/OnView/OnCancel/OnNew to represent the action you perform in your sharepoint list.
But you need to create a powerapps app in powerapps studio, not sharepoint list.
