Need Help with UI automation - Extractdata from windows

Hi everybody, I'm new here. So I wanted to extract the data from the table below and I used this video for the reference https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_nP8RA0_fD4

I did the steps accordingly to the video but at the end I come up with my excel spreadsheet looks like this instead of actually having the data.

Is there something I did wrong? One thing I noticed is that when I clicked the UI table, it shows "Pane" label (left pic) instead of "DataGrid" as in the video (right pic). Is there any way to overcome this and if not is there any alternative to extract this table?

Hi @Rahaditomo_NS ,

Can you try using Record option in Power automate desktop.If that doesnt work just try to extract the row 1 and then extract the row 2 and share the screenshot of the both the selectors.

Hi, thanks for replying

Unfortunately I can't even extract a single row from the table. Everytime I hover around the table, it highlights the table as a whole unit.

Hi. I'm pretty sure it has to do with your Recorder and how you capture the table. It can be quite delicate - a couple of pixels one way or the other might grab you the Pane rather than the DataGrid. I tried to showcase it with an example below. You should be able to re-record and only capture DataGrid.

I'm pretty sure I have hovered aruond the table but it still shows "Pane". I have a video here of me trying to get the Table Data.

Maybe this has to do with the program itself? I have the source file if someone is willing to help me.

Hi @Rahaditomo_NS - the video does not show much unfortunately. It seems like you only recorded one window? 🙂

You are more than welcome to share the source file, and maybe another recording if possible. I'm sure we can get this solved.
