Send Email to Client when Item Change in Sharepoint

Hi, 

 

I am trying to build a flow which will email our client when the job is marked as resolved in a sharepoint list.  I have set up the below flow which works but sends repeated emails?

    Hi @Anonymous, try adding in a SharePoint item action immediately after the trigger as in the image below so that you are only bringing back the one item that was created or modified. In my example it only sends 1 email when the status value changes to Completed.
