I need to check inside my filter flock that weather the field is blank or not. But, it is giving me delegation warning. Any alternative? I am using SharePoint

    You can use Blank() - Filter(Empl_Master_List, Department=Blank()) is Delegable

    is it delegable with not equal to?

    Because my condition is like this:

    Filter(
    Candidate,
    !IsBlank(ContractSignedDate),
    Status.Value = "ContractSignedandUploaded?",
    ContractSignedMonth = drpMonthIn_1.Selected.Result,
    ContractSignedYear = drpYearIn_1.Selected.Result,
    Payment.Value = "500" || Payment.Value = "750" || Payment.Value = "1000" || Payment.Value = "1250" || Payment.Value = "1500"

    @zmansuri

    In SharePoint, dates can be filtered on <, <=,<>, >, >=.  You could try

    Filter(
     Candidate,
     DateDiff(
     ContractSignedDate>0,Today()
     ),
     Status.Value = "ContractSignedandUploaded?",
     ContractSignedMonth = drpMonthIn_1.Selected.Result,
     ContractSignedYear = drpYearIn_1.Selected.Result,
     Payment.Value = "500" ||
     Payment.Value = "750" ||
     Payment.Value = "1000" ||
     Payment.Value = "1250" ||
     Payment.Value = "1500"
    )

    If the ContractSignedDate is blank, then DateDiff() of ContractSignedDate and Today() will be = to Today(), then the difference will be 0.  Any difference >0 should be an indication that the contract was signed.  I haven't tried the formula so I am guessing it will work.

    ContractSignedDate is Text type column

    Instead of using !IsBlank(YourTableExpression) use YourTableExpression <> Blank().

    For example you can use the lookup function like this: Lookup(MyTable,ID=999) <> Blank().

    This should be delegable.

    <> Blank() is NOT delegable for TEXT fields (in sharepoint).  If you had a date - it looks like it would be.

    For those looking for a workaround - Reza made a great video where he suggested StartsWith "a" or StartsWith "b", etc through the whole alphabet (or special characters). Here's a link: (945) Power Apps Delegation workarounds (CountRows, Max, Min, Blank & Date) - YouTube

    He also lists a workaround for Choice items, assuming you have a known set of options for the choice. In my case, I'm trying to see where the assigned user's Display Name is not blank.   I don't see a way to do it.    I am going to change my workflow to include a date when I make the assignment so I can look for the AssignedDate is not blank(), which is delegable.
