Hi All,

I want to do category classification, I can use AI Builder custom category classifier model or I can use dataverse AI function - AIClassify

I have tried both and both fit my usecase, the only advantage I see in using AIClassify is no need of training the model.

Which is more good on the long run ?

Please give inputs if you have any implementation experience which would be helpful.

If you create your own AI model, you will eventually face some problems in the long run, such as the drifting issue.
Microsoft handles all of that for you, and these models are state-of-the-art models that were trained specifically for
that purpose. Additionally, Microsoft actively improves those models and implements new features.

The cost may seem high at first, but in the long run, I believe we will benefit from this because we won't have to invest in a whole data team to achieve similar results.
