O365 Outlook send an email connector vs Mail send an email notification connector

Hello,

I am using Mail send an email notification connector in our flows but I am getting 403: Out of volume quota error sometimes and have to wait untill the quota is replinshed. Will I be able to overcome this error if I use O365 outlook send an email connector?

Please let me know if there is a different way to do it without increasing the quota limit in Azure.

Thanks,

    Hi @ck25415,

    How long have your flow been created? Could you share a screenshot of the error message?

    I am not able to reproduce this issue on my side, but I have seen the similar issues on other threads. It seems that there are some limitations on this connector. Please try to resubmit the flow to see if it will work.

    I assume that it would be better to use Office 365 Outlook to send emails. Please have a try with it on your side.

    Best regards,

    Mabel Mao

    Hello Mabel,

    The flow is in use for more than 4 months, below is the error message

    {
      "error": {
        "code": 403,
        "message": "Out of call volume quota. Quota will be replenished in 21:12:05.",
        "source": "msmanaged-na.azure-apim.net",
        "path": "",
        "clientRequestId": "898ef5bc-4584-45ef-95dd-9474294f2ef5"
      }
    }

    Out of call volume quota. Quota will be replenished in 21:12:05.

    I can make the work by resubmitting it when the quota is replenshied after the time menitoned in the error message.

    I am not sure if O365 outlook connector uses the same Azure APIM service to send out emails which eventually causes the same error after sometime.

    It would be nice to have an article on the limitations and boundaries on the connectors.

    Thanks,
