Hi all,
I'm trying to create a custom app as a home page to list Outlook/Teams meetings.
I have managed to get to a point where the meetings are listed but the work around uses a drop down list. Here is the work around I followed: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Power-Apps/Display-Outlook-Calendar-Events-in-PowerApps/td-p/135699
I'd like to change it so I don't need a drop down/combo box so it would pick up my meetings and other users meetings automatically for that date.
The work around I have used doesn't seem to pick up all of the meetings however.
Here is what it displays:
Here's my calendar on Outlook:
Here is the code I used for the Gallery
Sort(Filter(Office365Outlook.CalendarGetItems(ComboBox2.Selected.Name).value,Text(Start,DateTimeFormat.ShortDate) = Text(Today(),DateTimeFormat.ShortDate)),Start,SortOrder.Ascending)
I noticed the Meeting Capture uses a different way to do this but it looks a lot more complicated.
Can anyone help with this?
Thanks!
