Is it possible to configure a flow to copy 100000 files from 1 sharepoint location to another sharepoint location?

Greetings,

 

I am currently trying to basically copy 200GB worth of files spanning over 100,000 items from 1 sharepoint to another.

 

I tried something like this below and it worked for a while and copied some files but eventually it failed with the following error

So my questions is, is there a better way of going about this? And is it possible for me to include in some sort of action to skip existing files in the destination folder rather than making a copy/replacing existing files.
