Hello Power App Community,

unfortunately I can't come up with a good solution on my own. Therefore I hope for the help of the community.

This app should be a lending system for event materials.
There are two sharepoint lists in the background. The first list contains all materials that can be borrowed. The second list is where the rentals are stored.

In the second list the following information is collected: Name of the product, Start Date, Return dates, Number of items & Name of the borrower.

Now I want to add a function where I can automatically check if an item is available in a requested time slot or if it is already borrowed.
If it is already borrowed, I want a screen to inform me that this item is not available at the requested time.

On the photo you can see again what information the requesters fill in.

What exactly could the function for this look like?
