LisHi Power Platform Community,

Intro:

i have a problem in Power Apps for which I am unable to find a solution.

I created a form where users can open a new project and enter some details. Each newly created project will be collected in a sharepoint list with a unique ID and all the details. - OK

In this list I also have columns with the most important process steps of a project. These are type choice but are not included in the intial form to fill- OK

After the project is created, users can open their project in another screen in this app and they see a list (in a Gallery) of all 20 Process steps, which are defined in another, but static sharepoint list. In this Sharepoint list each step of the process is a separate line and also for each step several columns are defined for information purposes. This list and the screen where the information is displayed is completely static and shall only provide the process information OK

Problem:

Now I still want to give the users the possibility to update the status of the 10 most important steps from the first Project List, directly in the gallery of the process steps list. I just cant find a solution for that and how to setup.

Is this even possible in a Gallery?
