I exported the application and created a new one where I imported it and it works there
Yes I´m created that app and I don't change permission or something like this , I still working on it.

This is a bit strange. Did you create this app? Is it due to security role changes?

I don´t have turn on the auto save.
But I tried what you wrote but it didn't help

Here it's ,nothing special i don´t see.
Please try this.

Go to settings. Turn off auto save.
Add a label. Delete that label. Try saving it again if the save button gets enabled.
Publish it. Note the version & write Version notes.
Go out from the application and check its version.

I don´t think so, because I tried before an i don´t see the new version in version list, And if I close that canvas and open I don't see the changes
