Is there a way to get a count of the number of items in a Common Data Service entity? For example, I have a logic app that is inserting data into one of my entities and I want to confirm that I have inserted everything. When I go to the UI to look at the data I was expecting to find a total count but it's not there. Is there another way to get this information?
Thanks!
Hi @Anonymous
In PowerApps use the CountRows function.
Currently this is not yet delegated for CDS so it will only work for entities with up to 500 rows.
However, I am sure this will be delegated in the near future.
Hi Meneghino,
Thanks for your reply. I have also used the CountRows function in PowerApps, I was just looking for a way that you could do this in the CDS UI.
Hi @Anonymous, can't do it in the UI at the moment, I think.
That is a good idea, though, so if you create one I will vote for it.
Idea created :).
