Hello,

I have the below flow which picks up todays information only from a teams spreadsheet.

It then creates a html table and one of the columns is "Number of Minutes"

At the bottom of the e-mail, I want it to calculate the total number of minutes just for that day, how am I able to do this please?

    Hi @MarkCoates,

Do you want to sum the minutes in your html table?

Actually, you could use the initialize an Increment variable and increase it by looping through the minutes.

    Here is the testing result.

    Hello Qi,

It worked but it's picked the total minutes from the whole spreadsheet, I need it to select just today's data if possible?

    Hi @MarkCoates,

I have seen that you have a filter array, I thought you have filtered it there.

Not sure how you configure your date column, but here is a simple demo. Just filter within the Filter Query

    Doesnt seem to work

My filter array only picks up today's data but doesn't seem to stretch to the second Outputs?

    @And(not(equals(length(item()?['Date']), 0)),equals(formatDateTime(item()?['Date'], 'dd/MM/yyyy'), formatDateTime(utcNow(), 'dd/MM/yyyy')))

    Hi @MarkCoates,

I have clarified that I am not sure about how you configure your Date column because different column types have different format when you comparing with date value.

If you have a general to save date value, then you could directly use the 'dd/MM/yyyy', if you have a date format column, you may have the ISO format issue.

I hope you could open a new ticket for this date issue and tell me how you configure this date column.

    Thanks for your cooperation.

    Hi @MarkCoates

It seems that you have a same thread here that has been marked as solved.

I will mark here and navigate users to that case.

    Thanks for your cooperation.
