Power automate desktop flows have disappeared

hey all, for the past month i have been working on 2 very large flows in the power automate desktop version. a lot of time and effort has gone into these flows, but they have now disappeared!

I opened PO like normal as I do every time, but it now (for the first time) asked me to log in. after logging in there were no flows to be seen. i tried my other 2 accounts without any luck, they all contain not a single flow!

our company just moved this week, could it be possible that that has caused the flows to have disappeared from my company account? I'm so confused as to how this has happened, I always saved them locally on my computer. i can see that there are still 2 projects present in the C:\Users\mdeth\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Power Automate Desktop\Console\Workspace directory, but I am not able to open these!

any help would be appreciated! 🙂

Hi @Anonymous ,
Please go for flows .microsoft.com
Click on My flows
in tat desktop flows,
plz look on that.

And check once ur environment in desktop PAD.

if it woorks mark it as solution and like it so it will help for others

@Anonymous Can you verify that you are in the right environment where you created the desktop flows?

I just lost one of my flows too, and I'm intrigued by this Environments option, but all I see there is Go Premium. I did have a trial that allowed me to see the PAD flow in the cloud and I'm guessing maybe that expired and I lost my PAD program as a side effect of that. Anyone else?

Let me add: I have two user accounts at my company. Once just shows Go Premium with no environment and the other shows a single environment. What would it mean to not have an environment listed while still having other flows I saved (I only lost one).

I wish I could remember which one had the missing flow. I think most likely the top one that does have the environment selected.
