Hi guys, this is my first time posting, I've got a question, and I've looked several topics and nothing seems to be close to what I'm looking for.
So I've got a flow that is supposed to be triggered between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., when a response is summited to a form automate captures that response and fills a row in Excel, but I want Automate to fill a row if a response hasn't been summited in that time frame.

Based on your description, if the flow is triggered, it will add a record to the Excel sheet. To check if the flow has not been triggered, you might consider creating a flow triggered after 8 a.m. every day. This flow would list all the records in the Excel sheet and check if there are any new records added today (you need to have a "created date" column to distinguish when records were created).
