Create a form that allows for custom questions

I'm looking to move our event registration to power pages, but the big hang up is that our current registration form solution allows for the event creator to add additional custom questions to the registration form. I am not seeing any possible way to do this in power apps/pages. Does anyone know of a solution for this?

I do not know which data source you might be using but will advice you include some additional fields in your datasource to store extra questions and play around with conditions to display some fields if registra wants to add his or her own custom question.
