For + button:Set(Slider,Slider + 1),
for - button: Set(Slider,Slider - 1)
Where the "Slider " is the default value of the slider element.

Hi @damilola79
They are in a gallery so ThisItem selects the current record - and you also need to reset the slider so use a variable
For + button
UpdateContext({vSlider:ThisItem.Slider + 1}); Reset(Slider)
for - button<
UpdateContext({vSlider:ThisItem.Slider - 1}); Reset(Slider)
On the Default of Slider
If( !IsBlank(vSlider) && ThisItem.IsSelected vSlider, Parent.Default )
Finally on screen entry and exit, clean up the Variable
UpdateContext({vSlider:Blank()})
