Saving email attachment from shared mailbox to server file share

Hi,

I am wanting to setup a flow for the following.

When an invoice arrives as an attachment from a specific supplier into a shared mailbox, the attachment is copied into a specific folder matching the supplier name.

I have setup a test flow which I have attached.

My question / issue is the folder connection.

I will need to create a flow per supplier which is fine.
Do i need to create a new data connection per supplier or can I have a top level folder for example Invoices and then as I create a new Flow in the folder path simply put \supplier name as the path

Hi @dancarter1220 ,

You might consider putting the supplier name in the subject of your email.
I have made a test for your reference.

1. Here is my Folders.
2. Here is my Flow.
