Hi,

I have installed power automate desktop which also installed the edge extension.

I tried creating a flow to open the edge browser (this works) and then to search for a dropdown (this fails, when I click on Add UI Element

I get a continuous message that the Extension isnt installed (which it is and it is enabled and appears to be running correctly)

I tried uninstalling everything, wiping all cookies and cached data, rebooted desktop, resintalled again but still get the same problem. I have tried the installer from both portal and MSI but no difference

I tried using the chrome extension instead and I get the same problem

I have tried on another machine and still get the same problem

Has anyone encountered this issue and managed to fix it/

Seems like a bug. I suggest reporting this to MS support. If you have a Premium license, you can do that via the Power Platform admin center. If you do not, you can do it via the feedback hub on PAD.

Hi @berfloodz ,

Just try to disable extension and close edge and reopen edge and enable extension. I hope it was not latest version with try update latest version and try with disable and enable.

I see other people reporting the same issue on other forums but no solution that works

You probably don't have the feedback hub installed? Try installing it via the MS store.
