Hello,
How can i extract data from a google sheet using power automate desktop. I have used extarct data from a web page but it doesn't work because apparently a google sheet isn't a web page !

There is no direct action in the Power Automate Desktop for Google sheets.
You can check a solution given in this post which uses Google API.

What about downoalding as an Excel file ?
Hi @yja, if you can export to excel then there are built in PAD functions for extracting data from excel 🙂
