Co-owner couldn't trigger my flow.

Hi everyone,

I'm a new user and don't know much about the usage of Power Automate. Recently, I set a reminder on List apps to remind one day before due date on a excel list. I added co-owners so my team could benefit from my flow, but they couldn't trigger the flow except me. I read somewhere that they need to add their credentials to the connection. Because they also don't know much about this app, could you show me a simple way to solve the problem.

Thank you so much.

    Hi @tichchu0510 ,

What's the trigger of your flow?

Does your users show up in Co-owner list?

Follow below document for guidance of share a flow with other users:

Yes, my users do show up in Co-owner list. Actually, I mean that when I run the flow, it didn't work for them. So, they need to run it by themselves, and I also need share them the data list, isn't it?

    Here is my flow:

    Hi @tichchu0510 ,

You can download the flow as a package and send it to your users, so that they can import the flow to their Power Automate portal and use it on their own.

Because it may be complicated for my team to learn about new apps, so I decided to add a new step of sending an email to them and it worked. But your information is very helpful. Thank you so much.
