I have used a data source with 38000 rows with 3 columns(2 categories with multiple entries)

First category is indexed to second 800-1000 categories.

Saw this post to use clearcollect-

https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Power-Apps/Filtering-inside-ClearCollect/td-p/178609

But, unable to follow.

Can i get the codes please for following filter function using clearcollect please

Below is the code for gallery.

Sort(Distinct(Filter(package_table,'Category1' in ListBox1.SelectedItemsText.'Category1'),Category2),Result)

package_table-  Name of sharepoint list

Category1- Selected category in list box

Category2- Result to be obtained

    There's a few issues here.

#1 ClearCollect cannot be delegated  (so any collection you make will have a max of 2000 rows regardless)

#2 Distinct cannot be delegated  (you'll need to get a list of the unique values from another place)

#3 In operator cannot be delegated (but I'm not sure about your specific case)

Please refer to this diagram to understand what functions can be delegated in SharePoint.
