Fields Disappear in View Mode

I have been working on a method to hide fields based on User permissions. On one of my DataCard_Values I placed the following in the Visible option...

And(frmIssueTracker.Mode=FormMode.Edit,IsBlank(LookUp(EmployeeShort,!IsBlank(MgmtAssign)&Mail=User().Email).Email))

Now when I switch from the Form Edit Mode to View multiple fields disappear. I did double check and the function is only present for the one field. Any suggestions what is occurring?

Try double && in the LookUp

And( frmIssueTracker.Mode = FormMode.Edit, IsBlank( LookUp( EmployeeShort, !IsBlank(MgmtAssign) && Mail = User().Email ).Email ) )

Hello @WarrenBelz Thanks for the response. As you suggested, I did use your syntax above and it appears to work; however, I am getting the following Delegation warning...

Delegation warning. The highlighted part of this formula might not work correctly on large data sets. The "Not" operation is not supported by this connector.

How is this best addressed?
