ReportLet's say I have a Per User plan for 15 bucks a month and I create a flow in which I make use of a Premium connector.
If I add a co-owner to the flow, a user who only has a seeded plan from their Microsoft 365 E5 license,
will they be able to make changes to the flow despite not having access to Premium capabilities themselves?
I would hope anything would be possible to be done on a flow whose Creator has a paid plan.
This is about having one paid plan on one account and having backup people be able to manage the flow while the first person is not around (on vacation, etc.).
